At Giros Seguros you can now apply for a mortgage to purchase your very own property in Colombia.

We act as representatives for well established banks and financial institutions who specialise in lending to buy properties in Colombia. Mortgages can be offered in Colombian Pesos.

You may apply for a loan of up to 70% of the value of the property with the best interest rate in the market. You can apply directly by coming to see us at our Surbiton offices where your application will be assessed and then sent to Colombia for final approval.

If you have not yet purchased your property in Colombia, we can also help by recommending reputable and well established estate agents in Colombia.
